Is DiveHive free?
Yes. Finding shops and trips, booking, waivers, check-in, a verified logbook, species and conditions are free for divers, and they stay free. Shops pay for their own software. DiveHive Plus is optional.
What does DiveHive Plus cost?
$3.99 a month or $29 a year, tax included. It is the same price in every country.
What do I get with DiveHive Plus?
50 GB of original-quality photo storage, short video clips up to 60 sec, custom scrapbook themes and a PDF photo book without a watermark.
What happens to my photos if I stop Plus?
Photos above the free quota stay viewable and downloadable for 12 months, but you cannot add new ones. You can export all your originals in one ZIP file, and we warn you 60, 30 and 7 days before photos beyond the quota are deleted. Your notes, maps and dive data are never affected.
When and where can I buy Plus?
Plus starts with the app. On iPhone and Android it is an in-app purchase, and on the web it is a web checkout. For a younger diver, a parent or guardian buys and manages it. Join the waitlist and we write once, when the app opens.
