DiveHive

DiveHive for diversCOROS connection

The COROS connection, in plain words.

DiveHive is preparing a connection to COROS, so that dives from your COROS watch can arrive in your logbook by themselves. It is not available yet. This page explains how it will work.

Not available yet

The COROS connection is not switched on. Until it is, nothing is read from any COROS account, and the Sync page in the app shows COROS as coming soon. You can import dive files in the meantime.

How it will work

One way, and only with your say-so.

What we read

  • Your dive activities from your COROS account, copied one way from COROS to DiveHive.
  • Only after you approve the connection on COROS’s own sign-in page.
  • We never write to your COROS account, and we never see your COROS password.
  • Which details of a dive arrive depends on what COROS provides for your watch. We list them here once that is confirmed.

Connect and disconnect

  • Once it is available, open Logbook, then Sync in the DiveHive app and choose COROS.
  • Read what we receive and what we do with it, agree, and sign in to COROS to approve.
  • New dives then arrive in your logbook by themselves, marked “Powered by COROS”. You can say which of your dive computers they belong to.
  • To stop, choose Disconnect on the same page. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.

Your data

  • Used only to fill your own logbook and the statistics, badges and safety features built on it.
  • Kept on our own servers in Singapore. Never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI.
  • Disconnecting stops the sync and deletes the stored connection tokens. Dives already in your logbook stay until you delete them or your account.
  • You can see, correct, export and delete your dives at any time.

Questions you might have

More answers are in the diver FAQ.

Is the COROS connection available?

Not yet. It is not switched on. When it is, the Sync page in the app shows a Connect button for COROS.

Does DiveHive change anything in my COROS account?

No. The connection is one way: dives go from COROS to DiveHive, never back.

What happens when I disconnect?

We stop receiving data and delete the stored connection tokens. The dives already in your logbook stay unless you delete them.

Can I get my dives in before it is available?

You can import dive files from many dive computers in the app under Logbook, then Import. The app lists the supported formats.
